If you are not satisfied with MerchFlow Pro within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@merchflow.dev with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After 30 Days

Refunds are not available after 30 days from the start of the subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
